Warehouse Worker - Mid Morning/Day Shift - Austell, GA

$19.75 Hourly

Monday through Thursday 10am to 7:30pm

Friday - 10am to 2pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? This person will pull orders, stock, store, and distribute inventory and products within the warehouse. This person will also load trucks for next day delivery.
? Utilizes computerized inventory systems to include SAP and KEA.
? Reads schedules, orders and other requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Transfers inventory lines to vehicles for next day deliveries.
? Replenishes inventory lines as needed.
? Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
? Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
? Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for stock items and places inventory on vehicles. Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
? Marks materials with identifying information.
? Opens bales, crates, and other containers. Repacks containers as necessary.
? Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
? Operates various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Slip Sheet, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jacks, etc).
? Assist with counting of inventory.
? Cleans and maintains warehouse daily according to clean up specifications as directed by team lead and management.
? Other duties as assigned by the Morning Manager, Supervisor, and Lead.

Education and/or Experience
? High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
? Forklift Certificate - Must have the ability to receive and sustain a license to drive a forklift.

Computer Skills
? Basic Computer Skills.
