This is a remote position. While being based in New York is preferred, we are open to candidates from anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities: ? Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and customer insights. ? Plan, execute, and manage marketing strategies through appropriate channels and advertising platforms. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize marketing initiatives. ? Create strategies and distribute engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials. ? Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs and shaping future marketing strategies based on the business objectives. ? Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI. ? Manage website and social media content strategy across various channels, collaborating with the team to ensure up-to-date and relevant information. ? Design and execute email marketing funnels and nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer retention. ? Review and approve copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. ? Help develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing content ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. ? Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ? 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry. ? Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. ? Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. ? Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems. ? Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. ? Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. ? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. ? Familiarity with website content management systems and SEO best practices. ? Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? The salary range for this position goes from $60.000 to $80.000 annually, though this may change depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
