Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development
? Write and develop scripts from scratch for training videos, learning modules, youtube videos and short form content.
? Create high-quality written content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
? Ensure content is clear, concise, and audience-friendly.

Content Strategy
? Research and ideate topics aligned with Intellismith?s goals and audience.
? Contribute to the planning of content calendars for the skilling platform and social media.

Social Media Writing
? Develop creative captions, headlines, and posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
? Optimize posts for engagement and ensure alignment with the brand voice.

Editing and Proofreading
? Review and refine content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
? Ensure scripts and drafts are engaging and polished

Skills Required
? Proven experience in scriptwriting, particularly for youtube videos & educational content.
? Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging videos.
? Strong research abilities to ensure accuracy and depth in content.
? Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Preferred:
? Prior experience writing scripts for YouTube videos & e-learning content.
