Your responsibilities will include:
? Itinerary Coordination:Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences, dates, and destinations, and designing customized travel itineraries that meet their needs
? Supplier Communication:Liaising with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings, verify availability, and secure reservations for our clients
? Scheduling Optimization:Strategically scheduling flights, transfers, and activities to maximize time efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and enhance the overall travel experience
? Budget Management:Monitoring travel budgets, comparing prices, and seeking cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards and sustainability criteria
? Documentation:Maintaining accurate and organized records of travel itineraries, bookings, payments, and client preferences using our internal systems and software
