Cleaning subcontractor - vacation rental/airbnb

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and maintenance services, including residential and commercial environments. Duties
? Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of hotel rooms, residential properties, and commercial spaces.
? Manage housekeeping operations effectively, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
? Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
? Provide custodial services that include waste management and restroom sanitation.
? Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
? Assist in cooking or food preparation as needed in hospitality settings.
? Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as vacation rental cleaning or residential cleaning.
? Strong understanding of sanitization processes and best practices.
? Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
? Familiarity with turnover tasks for Airbnb rentals.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
? Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
