Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Support - US REMOTE

Responsibilities
? Provide timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff.

? Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
? Assist in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in an educational setting.

? Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a calm and professional demeanor.
