Project Manager, Meetings & Incentives - Remote | WFH

We're seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team in New York as a Project Manager for our Meetings & Incentives department. Responsibilities
? Oversee the comprehensive project management of various meetings and events for our clients, from start to finish.
? Manage project timelines and ensure all details are accounted for.
? Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
? Assist in the sourcing, destination research, budgeting, and planning of events.
? Negotiate and contract with local vendors, defining the scope of each meeting or event.
? Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to confirmed budgets.
? Coordinate transportation arrangements for participants.
? Facilitate the creation of program-related communication materials.
? Serve as the lead representative on-site, managing operations and relationships with vendors and hotel staff.
? Conduct post-event evaluations and ensure accurate data reconciliation.
? Responsible for auditing and reconciliation of all invoices.

? Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
? Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
? A team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new technology and software solutions.
? Strong accounting skills and experience with budget management.
Qualifications
? A minimum of 5 years' experience in planning corporate meetings and incentives.
? Experience in dedicated client management, sourcing, and negotiating contract services.
? Prior operations experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
? A Certified Meetings Professional (CMP) certification is strongly preferred.
? Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
This fully remote position requires approximately 40% travel.
