Key Responsibilities
? Participate in voice and non-voice processes as required.
? Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication.

? Complete Enrichment Tasks according to client training protocols.
? Conduct data entry, validate vendor information, and follow up on board certifications.
? Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.
? Remain open to additional duties as they arise.
