Acquisitions Follow Up Specialist (Virtual)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary(USD): $5.00 per hour (Base Pay) Would Increase to $6.00 After 6 Months
Commission: 0.5% per deal passed off and signed, increasing to 1% per deal after first 10 deals closed.

Responsibilities: ? Make outbound calls to all leads in the queue. ? Overcome objections on the phone. ? Schedule and conduct appointments for our acquisition closers. ? Manage leads and follow up with prospects diligently. ? Update and stay on task using the CRM(Podio) daily until deals are signed. ? Work weekends as new leads come in, reach out to them and take inbound calls with a higher pay rate.

Qualifications: ? Experience in real estate wholesaling is preferred. ? Quick on your feet. ? Acquisitions/Cold Call experience preferred ? Professional in attitude and appearance. ? Ability to connect with a variety of personalities. ? Enthusiastic with excellent people skills. ? Independent and self-motivated. ? Effective communicator (oral and written). ? Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. ? Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. ? Team player who thrives in a tight-knit company where activities directly affect the bottom line.

Requirements: ? Consistent high-speed internet connection. ? Stable and quiet work environment for making calls. ? Strong English-speaking skills, also Spanish is a bonus ? Must have Time Doctor on

? Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST.
