Qualifications
? Independent contractor status.
? Clean background check.
? Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a designated home office space.
? Possession of a cell phone with multiple email identities (data reimbursement up to $35/month available).
? Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years under a CFO).
? QuickBooks? Online ProAdvisor Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.
? Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and ability to pass a skills test.
? Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
? Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
? Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
? Proficiency with various software applications and technological tools.
Responsibilities
? Adherence to all relevant accounting and financial regulations.
? Compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial data.
? Preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
? Provision of data to management, investors, and stakeholders.
? Maintenance of accurate financial records.
? Calculation of sales taxes.
? Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes.
