Responsibilities
? Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm

? Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
? Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
? Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer service
? Stay informed about product updates and training materials to provide effective service
? Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction

Requirements
? Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
? Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
? Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
? Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
