Remote Bookkeeper with Experience | WFH

Position: Remote Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities
? Accurately record daily financial transactions and execute the posting process.
? Ensure that all transactions are properly documented in daybooks, ledgers, and the general ledger.
? Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets.
? Perform bank statement reconciliations to confirm the accuracy of financial data.
? Timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
? Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
? Maintain organized and precise financial filing systems.
? Support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
? Provide assistance during the tax preparation process.

Required Skills
? Established experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable financial role.
? Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Google Suite.
? Skilled in creating QBO rules for efficient management of repetitive entries.
? Experience managing financial records for multiple companies, particularly in relation to transactions and cash flow.
? Strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
? Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
? Strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and clients.

Qualifications
? Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial position.
? Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
