Position Details:
? Job Title: Customer Service Representative
? Location: In Michigan - Full time - Remote
? Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. ? 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)
? Shift: Mid-Shift (12:00 p.m. ? 10:00 p.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)
? Wage: $14.00 per hour (Attendance bonuses)
? Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

? Answering incoming calls from REALTORS? and homeowners

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required) ? Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills ? Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values ? Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Experience:
? Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
? Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
