We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Remote Customer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
? Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
? Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
? Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
? Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
? Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
? Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
? Stay up-to-date with newservices, and policies

Qualifications
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
? Skills and Competencies:**
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Proficiency in written and verbal communication
? Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
