This job contributes to Starbucks? success by managing medium to large cross functional projects that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations and enhance customer experience. This role also models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

As a senior project manager, you will?
? Drive decision making across cross functional stakeholders on projects
? Deliver value by applying tools and techniques to drive cross-functional planning and collaboration
? Lead multiple project teams and sub-teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements.
? Pull together project resources, materials and budgets with minimal guidance
? Manage projects in accordance with Starbucks established program management methodologies. Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
? Manage and monitor project or program schedule, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain, adjust and update project plans as needed. Consolidate, communicate and ensure resolution of all issues. May develop and collect performance metrics.
? Represent Siren Retail on cross-functional project teams. Provide functional expertise to assess potential financial and operational impact.

We?d love to hear from people with:
? Passion and willingness to participate in this expanding and impactful, complex multifaceted programs and associated project plans and budgets
? Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
? Ability to work through ambiguity with diverse teams to deliver a program and related project plans that supporting company objectives
? 3 years of project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, and communications
? 3 years managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
? 4 year degree preferred
? PMP considered
