Content Moderator (Indonesian)

Staff4Me is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderator who is fluent in Indonesian to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content across various platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and established policies. Key Responsibilities:: ? Review and assess user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, for conformity to community guidelines. ? Identify, flag, and remove any inappropriate or harmful content according to established protocols. ? Provide feedback to users regarding content issues when necessary and escalate complex cases to higher management. ? Monitor community interactions and report on patterns or reoccurring issues to enhance content moderation tactics. ? Work collaboratively with other moderators to ensure a uniform approach to moderation across the platforms. ? Keep abreast of changing platform policies and industry best practices to inform moderation strategies. ? Engage in training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve overall moderation effectiveness.

Requirements: ? Fluency in Indonesian (native or equivalent), with proficiency in written and spoken English. ? Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role is advantageous. ? Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills for effective decision-making. ? Familiarity with social media environments and current digital content trends. ?
