Junior Web/Interactive QA Tester - US Only

Base Salary: $58K-$68K

Responsibilities
? Review and analyze website specifications
? Technical requirements
? Content needs
? Visual design briefs
? Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
? Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
? Report bugs and errors to development teams
? Help troubleshoot issues
? Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
? Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
? Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
? Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.
? Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
? Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
? Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures

Requirements and skills
? Experience with agile projects and QA methodology
? Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
? Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
? Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
? Excellent communication skills
? Attention to detail
? Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
? Strong organizational skills
