About the position

Responsibilities
? Drive business growth by ensuring the protection of team members and corporate facilities.

? Lead and support district and group teams in resolving significant security incidents.

? Train field leaders to identify and mitigate shortage risks in key divisions.
,
? Lead investigations into complex theft cases, including Organized Retail Crime (ORC).
,
? Develop and investigate major organized external and internal cases to prevent significant losses.
,
? Benchmark competition for trends impacting the industry and collaborate with other retail investigators.
,
? Influence and develop relationships with law enforcement and prosecutors to support investigations.
,
? Train business partners on external theft and fraud investigations and investigative tactics.
,
? Identify and communicate emerging risks and trends to stakeholders.

Requirements
? 4-year degree or equivalent experience
,
? 3+ years of retail assets protection/loss prevention or criminal justice experience
,
? Meet state or local licensure and legal requirements for the position
,
? Experience with internal and external theft investigation tactics
,
? Strong interpersonal skills
,
? Proven execution skills and ability to drive change
,
? Ability to operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment

? Quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks
