Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Server to join our team at the Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase at EPCOT. As a representative of Walt Disney World Resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere.

About the Role

This fast-paced, high Guest impact role services multiple styles of dining, from cocktailing, to table service, to signature, and is vital to operating a successful restaurant. The ideal candidate will have one year of full service experience for Food & Beverage Service, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
? Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a world-class dining experience at various restaurant locations throughout our Theme Parks and Resorts.
? Maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere, handling guest interactions with poise and professionalism.
? Operate mobile devices and other computer systems to efficiently manage orders and communicate with colleagues.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $98 per hour, as well as select benefits such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Cast Members may also be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as have exposure to food and beverage products.

Schedule Availability

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. If selected for this role, you will be required to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our business.
