Online Booking Assistant

Responsibilities
? Manage the online booking system and ensure all appointments are scheduled correctly.
? Communicate with customers regarding service options and scheduling details through email and phone calls.
? Confirm and remind clients of their appointments to reduce no-show rates.
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the booking process.
? Update and maintain customer records in the database accurately and efficiently.
? Coordinate with technicians to ensure they are informed about their schedules and any special instructions.
? Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements
? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist customers effectively.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
? Proficiency in using computer applications and online booking systems.
? Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced working environment.
