Compensation & Benefits
? Salary: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience) + Monthly Bonus/Commissions ($500+)

? 15-20 hours per week
? Mon to Fri, 9-12pm EST

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
? Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
? Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
? Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
? Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
? Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements
? Active Property & Casualty License Required.
? Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
? Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience
