Skills
? Proven experience in creating software test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data conditions
? Strong ability to coordinate with software development or systems engineering teams to meet project goals
? Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
? Familiarity with Agile development environments (nice-to-have)
? Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks effectively (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities
? Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts in support of SIT, Regression, and UAT activities
? Analyze issues and defects, providing actionable feedback to improve quality
? Collaborate closely with software developers, functional analysts, product owners, and the scrum team to plan and coordinate functional testing
? Author and maintain detailed software test cases, procedures, and scripts in line with best practices
? Write comprehensive test reports and track defects throughout the development lifecycle
? Participate in discussions with Product Owners and Functional Analysts to understand acceptance criteria and assist in required testing activities
? Conduct demonstrations of the functionality for clients at the end of each iteration
? Assist in the development of user guides and training materials to help end-users understand new features

Qualifications
? Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management, or relevant work experience
? Proven experience in creating software test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data conditions
? Strong ability to coordinate with software development or systems engineering teams to meet project goals
