Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist
Job Title: Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist (Part-Time, $20/hour plus commission, 25 hours a week)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is critical in supporting the candidate side of our recruiting business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities (phone, email, text) and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for various job openings. ? Utilize various sourcing methods, including phone networking, online databases, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline. ? Contact candidates via email and/or phone to assess qualifications and conduct initial phone interviews. ? Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit. ? Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. ? Assist candidates with the application process and provide timely updates on their application status. ? Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentations.
Qualifications: ? Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills and experience. ? Research and analysis experience, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. ? Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ? Exceptional communication qualities, both written and verbal. ? High level of professionalism and confidentiality. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Success in team-oriented activities and project management. ? Consistently meets and exceeds goals. ? Excellent computer and Internet research skills. ? Ability to speak professionally with senior executives over the phone or by video call. ? Strong writing skills for candidate profiles. ? Willingness to learn and exhibit leadership qualities.

Compensation: This 25 hour a week, part-time position pays $20 an hour, with commission potential.
