Data Entry Analyst

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
? Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner.
? Ensure all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
? Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction.
? Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
? Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the sales team.
? Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
? Provide necessary updates and follow up with the sales team to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
? Process Improvement:
? Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs.
? Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
? Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting.
? Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Required Qualifications
? Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
? Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
? Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
? Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
? A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
? Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
