Will be a colleague of ModerateTeam USA. You will monitor and control the comments, videos and live chats of various YouTube channels. Ensure a positive environment for all YouTube users. You will work in accordance with company rules and policies.

Key Responsibilities: ? Monitor comments, videos and live chat content of various YouTube channels for compliance with YouTube?s policies. ? Stay up-to-date with company policies to ensure uploaded content adheres to policy. ? Investigate user inquiries and respond to their complaints in a professional manner in a timely manner. ? Publisher will try to verify the authenticity of uploaded content

Eligibility:
? Minimum 1 year experience as a YouTube moderator or similar moderator.
? High school diploma or related skill certificate
? Must have proper knowledge of YouTube policies and community guidelines.
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
? Must have quick problem solving and decision making abilities.
