Qualifications

Required:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
? Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
? Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support.
? Familiarity with Amazon?s products, services, and platforms.
