? Assist customers in navigating our website and utilizing self-service resources effectively.
? Collaborate with other team members to provide consistent and excellent service.
? Conduct follow-up chats to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
? Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
? Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
? Experience with customer service software and live chat platforms is a plus.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

PAY RATE: $21.99 - $32.99 Hourly
