Key Responsibilities
? Deliver core subject instruction to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a fully remote virtual classroom.
? Maintain a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, with an approximate commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
? Begin immediately, with the position continuing until the end of the 2024-2025 academic year, with a strong potential for renewal in the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
? A valid West Virginia Teaching Certification or eligibility for certification is essential.
? Demonstrated experience in teaching general education within a K-12 framework. Experience in virtual teaching is advantageous.
? Must be able to secure professional liability insurance upon receiving an offer.
? Familiarity with virtual learning platforms such as Zoom or Google Classroom is necessary.
? Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
? Ability to foster positive relationships with students and cultivate a dynamic virtual classroom atmosphere.
? Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to various teaching scenarios.
? Technological proficiency in using educational software and tools.
