Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our team on a freelance, part-time basis. This role will require you to monitor our Instagram and Facebook accounts for about 1 hour per day. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a positive online environment by removing negative comments, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring overall community engagement remains friendly and professional.

Responsibilities:

Monitor Social Media Platforms: Regularly check and review comments, messages, and interactions on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Content Moderation: Remove or hide negative, offensive, or inappropriate comments that violate community guidelines.

Respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer concerns, questions, or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and attention.

Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure responses and engagement align with our company?s tone, values, and branding guidelines.

Report Insights: Flag any recurring issues or feedback that could be valuable for improving our products or customer service.

Qualifications:

Native English is a MUST.

Prior experience in social media management or customer service is a plus.

Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and diplomatically.

Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram platforms and their features (e.g., comment moderation, direct messaging, etc.).

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
