As our Remote Hospital Schedule Coordinator, you?ll be a critical point of contact between our dedicated nurses and healthcare facilities, ensuring that shifts are filled smoothly and every call is met with exceptional care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: ? Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails in an upbeat, professional manner, addressing both urgent and non-urgent inquiries. ? Engage continually with nurses and healthcare facilities to understand service requests and respond to staffing needs. ? Proactively reach out to nurses to fill open shifts, aligning with their availability and expertise. ? Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and actions in our system, ensuring up-to-date personnel records for all healthcare team members. ? Collaborate with the team in a fun, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our mission.

Qualifications: ? A quiet, dedicated workspace/home office with minimal distractions. ? Access to your own computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity. ? Availability to work during U.S. business hours. ? Passionate about people, patient care, and building great relationships. ? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Outstanding customer service skills; loves connecting with people and going the extra mile. ? Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) with a clear and professional tone. ? Able to work independently, showing strong judgment and initiative. ? Solid basic office, computer, and telephone skills. ? Dependable and enthusiastic about being part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Former/current healthcare experience as an RN, LPN, or CNA. ? Previous experience as a healthcare staff scheduler or coordinator.

Additional Notes: This is an independent contractor position, open to candidates globally. There?s no requirement to reside in the U.S., but you must be available during U.S. business hours.
