As a Client Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our clients and frontline workers. You'll handle incoming calls with professionalism and care, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and dispatching drivers. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between clients, drivers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting clients with their transportation needs.
Dispatch drivers efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Keep track of scheduling changes, route updates, and client requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
