Starting Pay: $16/hour

Primary Responsibilities: ? Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. ? Provide prompt responses to all inquiries. ? Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email. ? Document all interactions. ? Stay up to date on all scheduling policies.

? Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
? Excellent written communication skills.

Available shifts:
? Monday ? Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required
? Rotating weekends
? 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
? 10:30am-7:00pm MT
? 11am-7:30pm MT
? 11:30am-8:00pm MT
? 12pm-8:30pm MT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
