Chat Sales Support Representative

Position Overview:

The Sales Support Representative is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You will be responsible for qualifying and keeping track of incoming leads, using our internal CRM System. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and answering all the questions flowing from the chats, calls, voicemails, website, phone calls etc. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Responsibilities: ? Work with Lead Distributor and Account Executives to ensure leads are evaluated according to qualification criteria ? Provide Support to sales agents and respond to customer and prospect queries ? Calling on open leads to qualify if they are still interested ? Stay up to date with new products and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board ? Work within the internal CRM to ensure updates in the system ? Maintain regular contact with prospective customers/leads/accounts ? Learn the product to become a product expert ? Learn the system and become a system expert

Experience Required:
? 3+ years' experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
? Excellent customer service skills
? In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
? Expert data entry skills specializing in accuracy
? Strong organizational and project management skills
? Hands on experience with CRM systems
? Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic Office programs
? Self-motivated individual, strong work ethic, optimistic disposition, team player

Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training:
? High School Diploma required
? College Degree preferred
