Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to manage inbound online conversations, assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership inquiries. The primary objective of this role is to represent our dealer clients positively in the digital space, transforming customer interactions into viable leads that generate revenue from website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
? Engage with a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat.
? Provide precise information regarding products and services in real-time.
? Assist in scheduling appointments tailored to customer needs.
? Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base reflective of our evolving products and services.
? Capture essential customer contact details for lead generation and client evaluation.
? Summarize customer interactions to facilitate client review and analysis.
Required Skills
? Exceptional customer service capabilities with a focus on fast-paced environments.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM; higher speeds preferred.
? Basic knowledge of internet navigation and Windows operating systems.
? Ability to multitask efficiently; experience in gaming is advantageous.
? A positive, professional demeanor coupled with adaptability to change.
Qualifications
? Experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, though not required.
? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
? Ability to pass a background check is mandatory.
