? Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

Required Skills
? Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
? Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
? Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
? Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
? Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service is preferred.
