Virtual Executive/Operations Assistant (B2B VA Job Description)
Overview
The Virtual Executive/Operations Assistant (VEA) role is a fully remote, contract position focused on providing strategic and high-level support to business leaders and their teams. This role involves managing key operational processes, acting as a gatekeeper, and ensuring that leaders can focus on high-value activities.
The ideal VEA candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and confident in managing complex schedules, communications, and projects across multiple stakeholders.
This position starts at 5-10 hours per week as a 1099 contractor, with the opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities. We are seeking someone eager to grow with our clients and team long-term.

Responsibilities
Your role will focus on administrative support which can vary from client to client but may include:
? Managing and coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones.
? Acting as a gatekeeper for time and correspondence, ensuring priorities are aligned.
? Drafting and editing high-level communications, such as presentations, proposals, and reports.
? Tracking key projects and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
? Preparing daily or weekly task priorities for leaders.
? Organizing and maintaining critical operational files and systems.
? Overseeing outsourced service providers and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
? Supporting onboarding processes, such as coordinating software access and team training.
? Researching and implementing new tools and processes to improve efficiency.
? Coordinating client onboarding and preparation for strategy calls or meetings.
Requirements
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations assistant, or similar role.
? Proficiency with advanced tools such as project management software, CRMs, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
