We are looking to bring on a part time (with opportunity to go full time) virtual receptionist to join our team. Your job title within the company will be ' Care Coordinator.' We currently have other amazing VAs and are looking to add one more! MUST have a willingness to learn. MUST have proficiency in reading, writing ,and spoken English.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are a mobile wellness clinic with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists. We have grown significantly in a short time and are now looking to expand.

TASKS:

• handling communication with potential clients via phone calls, text messages, social media messages, email etc.

• communicating with patients before and after their appointments (rebooking, billing etc.)

• MUST be available during Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are 8am-8pm.

• Shifts are 10 hours.

• administrative tasks: email management, CRM management, organization etc.

ASSETS

• additionally we use a number of softwares and some tech proficiency is an asset.
