Live Chat Support Representative - REMOTE

Responsibilities
? Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
? Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues.
? Educate customers about product features, services, and company policies.
? Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of communication.
? Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
? Monitor and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and quality.
? Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
? Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
? Familiarity with customer support tools and live chat software.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

PAY RATE: $19.90 - $32.91 Hourly
