CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - IN NEW YORK STATE - Remote | WFH

Engage with Customers: Handle incoming communications from customers, ensuring their queries are answered, and their issues are resolved with empathy and efficiency.
Problem Solving: Conduct research and provide informed, clear responses to assist customers in resolving their inquiries.
Champion for Customers: Be the reason our customers have a positive, memorable experience, making their interactions feel exceptional through your compassion and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service background preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25mbps).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a natural desire to help others.
