What you will be doing: As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 cloud architecture, design, development, and administration to shape the future of our IT ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on serving as the administrator and developer for various Microsoft 365 services and applications, such as Power Platform, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and more. You'll collaborate with agency staff, higher education institutions, and state agencies, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with Washington State policies and security standards. Join us in a pivotal role within the Platform Development and Operations support (DOS) team of the ETS's Enterprise Applications division. Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 suite, including Power apps and Power BI, API integrations, and Azure platform standards. ? Administer collaboration applications like Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. ? Establish Azure platform standards and guide team on ADFS services migration to Azure. ? Ensure adherence to Change, Configuration, and Release Management processes. ? Collaborate with central service agencies and customers on Cloud solutions. ? Mentor ETS staff on Microsoft 365 services and manage tasks such as licensing and eDiscovery. ? Implement sensitivity and record retention labels across Microsoft 365 suite. ? Analyze user requirements, develop Power Applications, and ensure platform development standards. ? Contribute to engineering practices and develop integration interfaces for SaaS solutions. ? Coordinate application testing, resolve technical issues, and report project status. ? Serve as technical expert, project coordinator, and oversee incident resolution for M365 solutions. ? Other duties as needed. Required Qualifications: To qualify for this role, a candidate must possess one (1) of the following education and/or experience options: [Option 1] Six (6) years of experience in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. This experience can be concurrent and should include the following: ? Six (6) years of experience with related technologies (Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint development & administration). ? Three (3) years of experience with Teams administration. ? Two (2) years of experience developing applications in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps. ? Two (2) years of experience with Records management or data classification. [Option 2] Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or any related field OR two (2) years of equivalent vocational training in a technical field AND five (5) years of experience in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. This experience can be concurrent and should include the following: ? Five (5) years of experience with related technologies (Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint development & administration). ? Three (3) years of experience with Teams administration. ? Two (2) years of experience developing applications in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps. ? Two (2) years of experience with Records management or data classification. [Option 3] Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field ANDfour (4) years of experience in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. This experience can be concurrent and should include the following: ? Four (4) years of experience with related technologies (Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint development & administration). ? Three (3) years of experience with Teams administration. ? Two (2) years of experience developing applications in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps. ? Two (2) years of experience with Records management or data classification. Preferred Qualifications: ? Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. ? Two (2) years of senior-level experience with related technologies (Microsoft/Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint development & administration). ? Two (2) years of experience with Teams administration. ? Two (2) years of experience developing applications in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps. ? Two (2) years of experience with Records management or data classification. ? Microsoft Certification in Power Platform Solution Developer. ? Microsoft certification in Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration. ? Other related certificates from Microsoft or equivalent..
