This individual is responsible for advanced data quality and data processing (data submission receipt, data validation, data load, data fulfillment) issue resolution, leading forensic data quality and process exploration to support data solution design, identify process improvements, and support cross team project development. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma plus 9 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience OR Bachelor's Degree computer science, Management Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL Server, Visio, and Microsoft Project. Must have experience in one the following: C ++, C#, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, PHP, ASP, Java, J2EE, PHP. Preferred Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or related field. 5 years of database management experience to include computer programming experience and/or technical business analyst experience with health insurance data.
