Position : Content Moderator

Location : Hybrid Qormi Malta (office) or remote from anywhere in Malta

Employment type : Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Review usergenerated content (e.g. sales ads)
? Support users and answer their questions via email
? Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace
? Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules market trends and moderation best practices
? Provide feedback to managers on trends common enduser mistakes and questions
? Give an input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences
? Follow communication procedures and policies
? Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS :
? Native / fluent in Danish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
? Previous experience in content moderation customer care and / or online business will be considered as an advantage
? Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
? Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
? Conscientious and reliable
? Strong attention to detail
? Customer focused with willingness to assist
? Team player.
