Transportation and Logistics Virtual Assistant for US-based clients

One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Transportation and logistics Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely for a full-time work. Salary starts at $ 800 per month complete with HMO and PTOs RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations) ? Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems ? Updating retired units in our inventory daily. ? Logging in Units to our shops as needed: sold/non-op ? Providing scanned copies of titles to our sales reps. Within 24 hours ? Light DMV functions, such as: ? Requesting DMV Quotes within 24 hours ? Request for lien releases or payoffs within 24 hours ? Mail License plates weekly ? Fill out DMV or overpayment check request form within 24 hours. ? Run Maintenance reports. ? Run vin Audits weekly. ? Release of liability weekly ? Create UPS labels as needed. ? Create POs for vendors or shops by the end of shift daily. ? Assist with new projects as needed. ? Maintaining sold list in real time ? Miscellaneous job responsibilities within the dealership. MUST HAVES: ? Dependability: The job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligations. ? Initiative: Must be a self-starter and driven. ? Problem Solving: Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions and seeks alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. ? Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. ?
