Key Responsibilities
? Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms.
? Efficiently handle customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor.
? Manage multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email.
? Demonstrate excellent communication skills?both written and verbal.
? Show strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
? Undertake data entry, file management, and various administrative projects.
? Exhibit a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit.

Requirements
? Must be computer savvy; ownership of a personal computer/laptop with a stable home internet connection is necessary.
? Accessibility to earpiece or earphones for phone communication.
? Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond well to diverse personalities.

Position Details
? Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
? Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
? Expected Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
? Shifts Available: 4-hour shift, primarily morning shifts, Monday through Friday
? Work Setting: Fully remote
