As part of our growing team, we?re seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant (Transportation) to support our operations and ensure seamless logistics for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: ? Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the Transportation Department. ? Process orders, track shipments, and ensure all load information is documented accurately and on time. ? Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, drivers, and team members to coordinate schedules and updates. ? Maintain accurate records and update internal systems using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. ? Adapt to varying tasks and priorities based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

Required:
? Administrative assistant experience, ideally in logistics or transportation.
? Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
? Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
? Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally bend, twist, or lift up to 15 lbs.

Preferred:
? Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Position Details:
? Hours: Monday?Friday, 4:00 PM?9:00 PM, with weekend availability as needed.
? Location: This is a hybrid remote role requiring candidates to be based in or relocate to St. Louis, MO 63102 before starting.
