Responsibilities
? Conduct interviews with potential candidates
? Develop and lead your own team
? Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms
? Review and analyse ads on multiple social media platforms
? Lead global training calls via Zoom
? Research new marketing ad platforms
? Daily business administration
? Participate in business system training
? Utilize personal development and leadership programs
