Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, refunds, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Qualifications:
