What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Assist the Contracting Specialist in material tracking, reporting, and procurement tasks
? Track shipments and manage inventory
? Support the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
? Collaborate on procurement, warehousing, and administrative duties
? Utilize Microsoft Excel and suite for data management and analysis
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 2-3 years of experience in procurement, tracking shipments, and inventory management
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and suite
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in procurement, warehousing, or administration roles
? Familiarity with supply chain management practices
