Remote Customer Service Representative - Part Time

What You?ll Do

Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Provide product or service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
