Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. ? Proven experience in data entry or administrative support. ? Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities: ? Accurately input and maintain data in the company?s databases. ? Verify data for accuracy and completeness. ? Resolve discrepancies in data entries and correct errors as needed. ? Assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices. ? Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data. ? Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills. ? Provide reports and summaries of data entry activities as required.
